Stick to Golf in Schools

In 1997 Joe Sindelar and Kris Reuland worked together to create a golf program for their local schools. The golf experience of Joe Sindelar teaching his son Joey Sindelar and the golf education background of Kris Reuland led to the creation of Stick to Golf. Joe and Kris decided to set up a classroom package so that Stick to Golf could be made available to schools everywhere. More schools in the US and Canada have started their own Stick to Golf programs.

Joey Sindelar about Stick to Golf
“Hi! I’m PGA tour player
Joey Sindelar and I’d like to introduce you to my father’s innovative and exciting golf learning method.

My dad has been my teacher since I was 6 years old and we used techniques he knew from the start as well as others we learned along the way. All along he need to know - why?

That question led to the creation of Stick to Golf. Why is it so difficult for people of any age to learn golf skills? More

Stick to Golf in Schools

Stick to Golf makes it possible for one physical education teacher to facilitate an effective golf unit for a classroom of students.

In 1997, Joe Sindelar and Kris Reuland collaborated to design a golf program for their local schools. The golf knowledge of Joe Sindelar and the education background of Kris Reuland led to the development of Stick to Golf. Because of the positive feedback, Sindelar and Reuland decided create a business so that Stick to Golf could be made available to schools everywhere. Other schools in the United States and Canada have started their own Stick to Golf programs.
